Is it possible to "undo" the latest update for this tablet? I have tried a hard restart and that did not do it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Doing a "hard reset" won't be able to undo the update. I'm not even sure if it is possible without modifying the device.
