HTC Explorer A310e bought from Univercel on 14th Jan 2013, keeps shutting down. Unable to use it. Need help.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Hopefully I can help you with your problem.

If your device is rooted and you have overclocked it, that may be the cause. The phone may be overheating. If overclocked, turn it down the stock settings and give that a try.

I would also try doing a factory reset via the phone factory recovery if it's not rooted. That information can be found by doing a Google search on your device and it will list the steps needed.

If that doesn't work I would follow up with your devices section here at Android Forums.

There is a possibility that you device is unrecoverable. Hopefully that is not the case and it can be saved. If not, the phone is still under factory warranty. Contact them and send it in for repair or replacement.

If you have any other questions regarding your device, I invite you to join Android Forums. We have many sections for specific devices which contain a wealth of information.
