HTC Friend Stream not updating

My friend stream has stopped updating on my Desire HD. Even when I click the the manual refresh button underneath, it still does nowt. Tried deassociating my FB account from my phone and reactivating it, but it does owt.

Remove friendstream widget from homescreen if u have it as a widget.

Settings-Accounts & sync-select facebook for htc sense-remove account.
do the same for flickr n twitter if u hav them.
then Add account-sign in again

take friendstream from menu

repeat all steps till friendstream starts updating--mine started after 3 times

once it starts working again,add widget on the homescreen...
