Htc hd2 wont boot

Hi,

My htc hd2 will not boot past the white screen before the htc log appears. I installed the latest version of android Nexushd2-ics-cm9-v1.4 the installation was sucessfull however after a few minutes the phone stuck i removed the battery and since then the phone will not boot past the white screen.

The phone goes into hspl but not magldr. Whenever i attempt to install a new radio rom it say image file corrupt check update utility. Please help a lady in distress
