long time lurker first time poster... not needed to ask anything before, just a quick search usually!
I have a problem with my phone and it needs to go back to T-mobile, which sucks firstly.
Secondly, its been rooted and flashed... so how can i completely return it to factory settings so they dont come back and blame me for the fault?
I have the HTC Hero (or the g2 touch - dependant on who you ask
