HTC Hero, Samsung Moment 2.1 Update Now Coming Early May

Who knows if this is even true. They said April then of course are changing it. Sprint is always extremely slow on updating any phone.
 
Didn't they have it set earlier before April at some point too...?

Well, these leaked builds we have are proof that we're at least close.
 
Sprint NEVER said anything about 2.1 coming out in April. It was all speculation and rumors. This is the first time I have ever seen internal documentation mentioning a 2.1 update and month in the same sentence.
 
I have the leaked moment rom on mine and it needs work. There are a couple of problems with the phone locking up (always a problem), battery life is a joke and some people are reporting problems accessing the Market.
Overall I'd rather have 2.1 working properly rather than getting updates every other week cause of stuff gone wrong.
BTW. 2.1 on the moment is awesome. A lot more responsive.
