HTC Hero (Sprint)

I have a HTC Hero that I am not using because I just bought the HTC EVO 4G. The Hero is in PERFECT shape. I have a Zagg clear cover on it and a Body-glove. I also have a spare Zagg clear cover. This thing has always been in the body-glove and is in mint condition. I will take the $230 for it if anyone wants to by it. It has not been rooted and works great! I only used it about 7 months. I have the box and everything that came with it.
If interested PM me and I will post pictures and answer what ever question you may have.
 
I will sell this now for $215 shipped anywhere in the continental US if someone on the forum wants it. This was my phone that I bought brand new from Sprint. Clean ESN and no need for a contract to activate. This can be verified by calling Sprint.
If not, I guess I will put it on ebay..although I really didn't want to do the ebay thing because I have heard that a lot of phones there don't have clean ESNs and I would rather not be associated with that.
It is better than a knew phone with the body-glove and BODYGUARDZ protection stuff. I had it listed as Zagg but the brand of clear covering that protects it is not Zagg, it is BODYGUARDZ (which is very durable) I even have another complete set of coverings that I am giving with the phone along with the Body-glove. Not a scratch on it! Also, the 5 megapixel camera takes amazing pictures.

(I wanted to add that this phone has Android 1.5 on it. I hear that you can update it to 2.1 but I haven't done that. It work great as is.)

Okay, I upgraded the HTC Hero (Sprint) to Android 2.1. It is a fresh install and is better than when I bought it. I connected to my HTC Evo via wi-fi and was able to do everything except phone calls and text messages..email, gps, every app that I tried and it is perfect (of course, the reason for no calls is that it is not activated). Android 2.1 is much better that Android 1.5.
I will keep it on the forum this weekend and then either put it on Ebay or just keep it.
 
I want to thank everyone who looked at my post to sell my Sprint/HTC Hero. I guess that I will try Ebay since nobody seems to be interested in it on this forum. I will check back for a couple of days if someone does want to buy it. I would give a better deal to someone on the forum for camaraderie sake that I will at Ebay.

Once again, thanks for the use of this forum... It is a great service for android owners.

by any chance do u still have the phone? I just got mine stolen and nvr bought the insurance since I have always manage to take care of my phones.
 
Yes, I do still have the phone (HTC Hero). I haven't gone to the trouble of putting it on ebay. It has a clean ESN and all you would have to do is activate it. I can ship it ASAP. PM me and I will give you my paypal address.
