I just managed to get my t-mobile branded ebay purchase sim unlocked.

I received my code from an Ebay seller called "e-unlocks", took under 2 hours at 10 o'clock on a Sunday night.

Whatever you do, avoid a company called HTCCode - Remote Unlocking who offer awful service.
Their own support forum is full of unhappy users chasing codes or refunds.
