I have lost the volume for videos and games. I checked "setting" and sound and it looks OK. I do have speaker volume, for example, checking voicemail and turning on the speaker, it works.

Are you sure the output settings on the videos and games are configured for sound and not muted?
If they are, and the media settings are up and not muted or set too low on your Android device, and other sound on the device works, it would be a good idea to first try a simple reboot (shut down/restart).
Next step would be to go into the Application Manager and clear cache on the media apps you're using, whether stock or 3rd party, then reboot.
