HTC Incredible 2 Calendar Entries Do Not Sync

I have an HTC Incredible 2. My problem is when I add calendar entries on my phone they do not sync later with my Google Calendar on my laptop but when I add events to my Google Calendar on my laptop they DO sync with my phone. What am I doing wrong?

When I attempt to look up advice on various websites I don't always understand what steps to do on the phone and what steps to do on the computer! HELP!!

Welcome aboard. Google has been having calendar sync problems lately. Maybe that's why you are having such problems.

You might wanna check inside your device's support forum for some info on your device. You can select your device model from the list here where you can interact with the other users -- who will give you help to get the best out of your device.
