HTC Incredible 4G LTE vs Motorola RAZR M

My last phone was an incredible 2. I want something similar but newer in size and features, so these were the two i was looking at.

What do you recommend? What makes each phone stand out?

The specifications of the Razr M point to it being faster and smaller, but I also heard the screen is poor.

I would like something well built because I tend to beat up my phones a bit.
I like the swappable battery capability on the incredible 2.
I didn't like that the 3.5 jack never seemed to work with a proper headset.
By the way I am on verizon.

I'd go for Motorola RAZR M. Larger screen, later OS version, upgradable, and faster processor.
