HTC Incredible never synced to Google Calendar

I want to get a new phone, to replace my HTC Incredible. But when I was told by Verizon that they could transfer all my data, except my calendar, they said that would be no problem. I would just need to go to Google Calendar to get it onto a new phone.

But I just realized that apparently, it was never syncing this whole time! (I never thought to check it on Googgle Calendar, because I only need to check/edit/add to my calendar when I'm away from my computer. In other words, I use my phone exclusively for my calendar.)

When I just entered a calendar entry on the my computer as a test, then yes, it synced to my Droid, but it's still not syncing from the phone to Google Calendar, even after following all the directions in the trouble-shooting sections on that part of Google.

Please help.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. I had to test my calendar to see just how it works. I have always set up events in my calendar via the pc. They sync with my phone and all is well. I've never set up events on the phone and then checked to see if they were synced up to my online google calendar before tonight. My added events on my phone calendar did not sync to google. My edit on google did sync with my phone. I don't know if there is a way to change this.
