HTC Incredible S fastboot issues

I have an HTC Incredible S from Singapore. I have a boot proble. If I place a tick in FAST BOOT, I can not load into the Boot Screen. If I untick the FAST BOOT then I can, but then security is S-ON.

Does anyone know why this is and if there is a fix

Hello neolight. I don't have your answer but I do have a great place for you to ask for assistance. The S has it's own root area and the users in there are sharp. Below is a link to that area.
