Htc incredible s

The screen for my htc incredible s phone isn't working... When i turn the phone on the buttons at the bottom will light up but te screen will be black and also if someone calls me the phone starts vibrating but the screen is just plain black.. IM not sure if it is from water damage or what? any help?
