HTC inspire from ATT

I just bought an HTC Inspire from ATT, I bought the phone to run a signature capture app from our companies software, When we download the app it will not allow the app to go thru, upon investigating I found that ATT does not allow unaproved apps as Verison and T Mobile does. Is there a way to make this phone take unapproved apps?

Sideload Android apps all you want with the Sideload Wonder Machine | Android Central

With this method, there's no root required. Just a program I've heard recommended, as I haven't personally used it. Check up on the HTC Inspire board, though, and see if the topic's been discussed there.
