HTC LEGEND reboots by itself

Hi guys, just wondering if you guys had the same problem as I did with my Legend. While watching music videos on youtube for about a few minutes my phone rebooted by itself. Usually happens when videos are being buffered. Also happened once while I was talking on the phone and it rebooted again (call was dropped right away). Very irritating as you have to wait a couple of minutes for the phone to reboot.

Any ideas as to how to fix this problem or is this a android 2.1 glich that has not been addressed yet?

I had the very same problem with my N1, and it appeared from the interwebs, that some others experienced random reboots. I called up google and they made a file and htc did a swap of the phone. Now I haven't had a reboot in 2 weeks since doing the swap.

I don't know exactly who you need to call for warranty issues...htc directly? Mine was Google only because my phone is Google's phone
