Help HTC M7 sends notfication reminder every 10 sec

I'm going out of my mind!!! When I get a notification of any type I keep getting a notification every 10 seconds until I clear it. The notifications are across multiple apps, including the default e-mail app, G-mail, Facebook, and so on so it doesn't appear to be tied to one thing. Flash Notifications are set to 'Always', When device is locked is set to 'Show all notification content', App Notifications are all cleared.

All I want is one notification of each item then no more, not the constant repeat! Whilst I appreciate I can turn all notifications off, use aeroplane mode etc thats not really the answer.

Any boffins out there that can help before I bounce test my phone???

Hi, welcome to Android Forums.

Have a look in Settings-Accessibility, scroll down to System and make sure that Notification reminder is switched off.
