Help HTC M9 SETTINGS

I have an HTC M9 phone which constantly changes its settings. Every time I turn it on the sound has changed from normal to vibrate or silent.
Now it is turning the Airplane Mode from Off to On.

I contacted HTC and received a phone call telling me that the phone is sensitive, and while it is my pocket it will change by rubbing against the side of the pocket.
What rubbish
 
I have never had this issue. Maybe try removing the sound profile and airplane mode from the quick settings, and see if this still occurs. If it does, you may have to perform the dreaded hard reset.
