I woke up this morning to a dead phone and assumed that the battery was flat. Pressed the on button and just got a blue LED and no start up. Put in the spare battery and tried to start again, same problem. Also tried it with the power supply, still no joy.
I have tried various combinations of button presses and managed to get it to boot by holding down the "call" button, putting in the battery, then pressing and letting go the "end call" (on/off) button, and also letting go the "call" button at the same time.
The phone now starts in safe mode. Tried a re-boot and I am back to blue LED problem again.
Can someone please offer a solution for this (not too technical please). Is my phone broken, or just confused?
