Help HTC Magic Exchange calendar issue

I'm not sure if it's related to this unresolved issue: http://androidforums.com/htc-magic/6049-rogers-htc-magic-exchange-sync-weirdness.html, but I have noticed that calendar items created on my HTC Magic do not appear in my Outlook when I sync with exchange. Items created in Outlook do appear on the device although they get a bit damaged in the process (see link above).

Anyone else experienced this problem? Anyone else not have this problem?

Yes! As the calender is able to sync with several calenders, (exchange, gmail and a local on the phone) You will have to tell the phone to witch calender the new appointment has to be placed. The default calender for appointment made on the Magic, is the local (no.sync) calender on the mobile it self. When making the appointement, the is an input field where you have to specify the claneder this apppointent belongs to. I have not found a way to change the default
