Help HTC Magic on the G1

Hi all am new to all this , ive only in the last few days rooted my G1 and done the bit's to it, and then installed the update or ported version of HTC magic 1.5 rc33 on to it , first impression looks and feels better than the G1 standard. Are there any main differences between the version i have and the released with the G2 HTC Magic phone ??? Anyway i am loving this version it's the Dog's

I wouldn't imagine much of a difference considering they're both Android 1.5. They should be pretty much the same, one might perform better but that's about it.
