HTC must be doing something right...

I think they tried last year, not sure if it was successful. I presume not or they wouldn't be going for it again. No idea what it's for this time though. I think Steve's just annoyed he doesn't have the only smartphone on the market any more. He's got similar lawsuits filed against Samsung, Nokia & Motorola.

Basically, Apple will sue anyone, even the city of New York....

That is just plain sad. The 2 apples (Apple's logo & NYC's logo) look nothing alike.

Apple's logo is generally either a rainbow apple or a chrome apple, both having a bite out of them. NYC's apple is basically 2 separate ovals that form an apple, and it doesn't have a bite out of it. Only a moron would confuse the 2 (like say Steve Jobs).

What's next? Suing supermarkets for having a picture of an apple in their sales flyer? Someone needs to step in and put the smackdown on Apple. They are just ridiculous at this point.
