Htc Mytouch 4G Bluetooth won't turn on

I deleted Some application I thought I did not need on T-Mobile HTC Mytouch 4G running on Android OS 2.3 Mobile Hand Set And thereafter I discover the Bluetooth won't turn on
I also discover that under software information the Mac address is unavailable
