HTC One and battery alarm

I have new HTC and it is upgraded to latest SW. When running below 15% battery the alarm starts. But when connecting the charger, the popup/alarm just comes back immediatelly after pressing OK. When disconnecting the charger, it works OK (but the it is not charged)
