Hi guys!
This is Azim Malik from India.
Model: HTC One M7
Carrier: Reliance Communications, India
I wanted to know whether you (HTC One users) are facing an issue similar to mine. Whenever I turn on the camera or launch the camera, I can hear a sound, something like a " takk " from behind the phone (right near the camera) only when brought close to the ear. But, on continuously launching-closing and relaunching the app, the intensity of the sound increases. I wanted to know if this was normal or not. The camera is working fine;set apart the issue of purplish screen faced by most users (also faced by me). I have been suggested to approach a service center for a thorough scrutiny of the phone, for which I fear, because a phone once repaired at the hands of an inexperienced technician (lets say) might not be in good form and may also result in future issues. As for the purplish tint, when the camera is laid face down on a flat surface, HTC has promised to sort out the issue in their upcoming Android Jelly Bean 4.3 update. Please let me know, if anybody else is facing a similar problem.
