Help HTC One M7 no mobile data

HTC One M7, i recently bought this unlocked phone and transferred my EE sim to it , apart from mobile data the phone works fine, calls/text/wifi. Mobile data is turned on and data is available on my allowance however the phone shows disconnected and will not connect to data other than on wifi, I have turned wifi off to try to force it to use mobile data but it still does not work, I have tried a factory reset, any ideas on what could be the problem?

Go into your phone menu, and go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Data > Access Points
then press menu, and create a new APN with the following:
Name: EE
APN: everywhere (all lower case)
Then press menu, then save. then tap the circle next to the new apn, and restart your handset.
