Help HTC ONE M7 - Soft bricked - does not boot up

Hello guys, I am having an issue with my HTC ONE M7 and would like a light from you.

I tried to installed a custom rom with no ideia what I was doing and got my phone broken. I saw different topics about this issue, but could not apply to my particular problem.

The phone was going directly to recovery screen, but after I tried to ran some RUU with no success, when I press recovery the phone shows HTC logo and the appears above the info *** Security Warning ***. ADB and fastboot mode are working.My phone is UNLOCKED, but when I bought it was from AT&T.

Any thoughts?
