I updated the RUU using the same version:5.2.605.2 and did a factory reset on my phone. It is still rebooting and when I unlock the screen the white htc logo page pops up and I can't do anything. Please help.

It would be good to know the history, e.g. why you were using an RUU with "the same version"? Were you trying to fix a problem, and if so what was that? We'll be able to help more if we have more info.

Alright so my phone was constantly restarting on its own every 2 minutes and I figured there was an error in the firmware so I reinstalled the RUU in hopes of fixing it but it didn't work.

If the phone is S-On with a locked bootloader it's hard to do much damage to the firmware, so my guess would have been that if a factory reset didn't fix it it's more likely a hardware fault. Flashing an RUU shouldn't make such a thing worse unless it glitched during the flash, which could leave something corrupted.

So the obvious question is whether there were any error message when you ran the RUU? I'm sure you'd have told us if there were, but have to check.

No there is no error. The only error though I have noticed is when I tried to do a factory reset the bottom status bar never doesn't change and it just restarts.
