Help HTC One M8 Not Downloading MMS

Somebody Sent Me A Picture And My Phone Isn't Downloading It. I've Been Having This Problem For A Week Or Two. The Sane With Group Chats. I've Already Tried With WiFi On, Mobile Data On, And Both On. Hangouts Doesn't Download It Either. Solutions?

Check your APN settings for MMS if it's active. You'll have to contact your network provider for the correct settings.
