Help HTC One M8 Wifi Problem

I was unable to connect my Htc one m8 to home WiFi network since last two days , its showing the message 'Avoided due to poor internet connection' then i tried connecting to the WiFi network tethered from my friend's phone and it worked fine . so today i found some solution for this , i changed the IP mode ( DHCP to Static ) and entered the settings manually then it worked like charm. However My brothers Lg G3 and my Laptops was working fine with my home network.

It was working fine just few days back and I just wonder why its not connecting with the settings automatically collected now.Please Help me .

Try rebooting the WiFi router. Can sometimes solve problem connection issues like this.
