Htc one m8 wiped

So i tried to restock my rooted htc one m8 with a ruu rom that i downloaded from htc dev webpage but it wasnt the right rom , so now i dont have twrp only my stock bootloader nothing else . In the bootloader it shows that software status: Modified RELOCKED Security Warning S- on etc.
Heres my phone info ,if someone could help me find the right ruu for my phone it would be really helpful, i cant find it anywhere

I don't see the phone info in your post.

However, I'm a touch puzzled: if an RUU wasn't compatible with an S-On handset it wouldn't run at all (if you'd modified the cidnum that would be different, but you need to be S-Off for that). And it's clearly run enough to load the stock bootloader. So do you mind telling us what RUU it was as well as as much info as you can about the phone and its status, as well as any error messages when the RUU ran, because there's something here that doesn't add up.
