Help htc one m8

hello i have htc one m8.. im using it for a month now and still no updates coming.
i tried to flash RUU but still couldnt find suitable one for my phone and every time i flash it i get (12 signature failed )

i dont want to turn s-off or root the phone i want to keep getting updates from htc and i want the lollipop update, and from what i found RUU is the only way to update it. im from middle east Jordan if that would help though.

You'll need an RUU that matches your CID and midnum, at or above your firmware version. I didn't find any there that would fit the bill.

I'll look but you may need to contact HTC.
 
I contacted middle east customer support but they were no help, so i tried to contact US customer support and they told me that my phone is from egypt if that would help..
 
No they didnt say anything.. just told me that it appears to be from egypt and i should contact middle east support
