OK,just re-booted to prompt a GOOGLE PLAY STORE update & lo & behold,the 1st system update is available,coming in @ 284MB.
Took a screenshot & d/l now,will get back on this evening w/details,that pesky thing called work beckons & I drew the short straw on this Good Friday.............. ;)
 
Just finished re-booting,appears to be a bug fix/stability update:
Still on ANDROID 5.0.2
Software (Build) number: 1.32.617.30

At 1st glance,everything looks the same,I imagine most,if not all,is under-the-hood tweaks/etc...
A bit of patience is in order,reboots several times w/a few different screens,the 1st being a cool-looking black splashscreen w/white HTC lettering,several reboots on that screen alone.
Then,things begin to appear more familiar,(ANDROID on back,white w/Green HTC splashscreen/etc).....
Kernel/Baseband info later on w/screenshot,gotta get back to work.....
