HTC one unlock

Hello everybody
I am really stressed at the moment I got a new HTC one from Sprint carrier but I am a straight talk customer and it's seems like I cannot unlock the HTC one and get it to work with straight talk
Can anyone please help me here ?? Thanks

Straight Talk doesn't permit Sprint BYOP's at this point in time, and trying to SIM unlock the GSM radios on it without Sprint's permission is currently against federal law. That hopefully will change in the near future, but that's the way things currently are. Have you tried looking to see if Virgin Mobile or Boost Mobile will allow you to bring your HTC One to them? I know at least one of them have BYOP for Sprint devices to my knowledge.

Ok thank you I haven't tried yet
But what other latest smart phone can I use with straight talk I definitely need and update either phone or carrier I don't think straight talk is as good as it used to be

If you got an HTC One from Google Play or Unlocked HTC One from Amazon, that would play quite nicely with the new LTE AT&T SIMs that Straight talk now has. Those are SIM unlocked right out of the box.
