Ok buddy, if you haven't already found your answer.... You need to find a compatible custom recovery.img. since I'm primoc and you are primou I can't tell you where to find that (google TWRP primou)
Once you find a recovery for you phone flash it

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Make sure you have a copy of the Rom you've chosen on your sdcard

Wipe Cashe,dalvick Cashe,factory reset,system

Click home

Install rom.zip

Click home,reboot,bootloader

Copy the boot.img from the Rom you've flashed into your fastboot folder

Open a command prompt

fastboot flash boot boot.img

fastboot reboot
