Htc one v problem

Hi

I am using HTC ONE V PHONE.. Phone is getting Stuck up frequently.

USED the phone in Safte mode, and in factory reset. The phone is operating fine..

However after installing basic apps from Play store the phone response is very slow.

I cannot delete the apps as those are basic apps.. Kindly suggest the solutions

Can you post again and tell us which apps? This does sound abnormal, but it's hard to say what's wrong without more information.
