Help HTC One X Airplane Mode

hello all,

when i'm on mobile data sometimes currently i found my phone get overheated and then the airplane mode turns on automatically and mobile data says that's turned off because of radio signal, i attached the photo of the problem, and to restore the connection i must turn off the phone for 15 min. or so.

is there any solution for this problem?

The phone is protecting itself. If it kept on running when it was overheated, it would damage something.

The real problem is WHY the phone is overheating. Have you changed anything (like flashing a ROM)? Aftermarket battery? Using the phone as a hotspot? Are you using the phone in a confined space, where it can't keep cool?
 
No, I didn't do anything for it except using it as a hot spot for my laptop , it's working properly till from month ago this problem appeared.

The main problem is not the restarting but the air plane mode turns on automatically and this problem appears only when i'm on mobile data not wifi
