Using the HTC Sync Manager I am able to upload my camera shot pictures, but none of my picture albums are recognized. Also, when I used windows explorer to try and see if I could find the photo's manually, there was nothing shown in the picture or album files. Not sure how to fix this

Help HTC One X: issues uploading pictures/albums to computer
I had this issue too. I found the problem was that my phone was locked when
I plugged the USB into my laptop. So now I unlock the phone, then plug it in and
windows explorer then sees the phone as a drive.
I've never had any joy with Sync Manager so I never use it.
