Help htc one X makes weird noise with all headphones

When I listen to music on my HTC one X it makes an annoying "shuffle" sound when switching songs, anyone know how to fix this?

If it's doing it with all headphones, I'd have a look and see if there's anything impeding the headphone socket on the handset itself.
