Hi there, i need some help.

My HTC One X phone just got stuck, so I decide to switch off and turn on. But when I am turned it on, i just see HTC logo. I wait few minutes, phone was warmer and warmer, so then restart it again. Same result.

When I come home I put the phone on a cooler desk a turn on - just seeing HTC logo, trying to restart in HBOOT, but it does not have effect, just the HTC logo on screen (like a some cycle). After 10-15 minutes it run out of battery. I hold the power button to reset memory.

Then I put phone on a charger and nothing happend. No red light and phone does not want turn on. (after 2 hours on a charger)

Any advices? Thank you for any tips.

It doesn't sound hopeful unfortunately, sorry. :(

You could try charging overnight, that's been known to fix this sort of issue in the past.

Also worth trying the simulated battery pull again (power button for 20 seconds).

Yup, I try to charge it over night, hope it helps.

Phone is 6 months new, so I guess the battery can't be dead.

I can disassemble phone now and push a HW reset button, disconnect and connect battery or something. Do you think it can help?

If you let the battery run flat, there's every chance that could have killed it. Lithium batteries don't like being discharged completely.

Personally, I wouldn't try taking the phone apart myself (but then I'm pretty clumsy!), if it's 6 months old, you should still be covered under warranty?

Yes, I know. I guess the battery sleeps, so I just trying to wake it up by freezing it up.

Hope it will be successfull, because I have very important data on that device, what I have to present tomorrow.

Sure, warranty is second step. I am doing it without break the warranty.
