I don't know the app, but according to the Orange UK site the HTC One should be compatible. I looked at this address, Orange Swapables | Mobile TV, and then entered HTC and One in the pull-down lists. As a Swapable you may need a compatible plan (e.g. one of the Panther plans).
If it's not that, then is the phone rooted? I know that some of the Sky apps won't work on rooted phones, and HTC Watch is the same, so while I don't know this app I could imagine that they've done something similar.
Hi Aaron, I can confirm that the One is compatible with Orange Mobile TV, having swapped for it a couple of weeks ago. BUT I have just come across a problem which may be affecting you. My default browser is HTC stock and that is what I used to set Mobile TV up and it worked ok until a couple of days ago when I was unable to load the Mobile TV page properly (I have it bookmarked). I tried it with my Dolphin browser and it works ok, and it also works with Opera Mini. I have come across similar problems where certain browsers fail to render pages properly, so I've kept a number of browsers on board for some time.
It remains a mystery why it worked with my stock browser to begin with and I will persevere with that, but as Hadron pointed out as long as you have swapables on your plan you should be able to get Mobile TV, and it may be worth trying Dolphin browser.
As a matter of interest it doesn't work with Chrome either.
