Nope. The original leak (in February) said it would have WiMax, which would mean it's coming to Sprint, not Verizon. Later somebody was claiming it would be coming to Verizon, so who knows. Regardless of carrier I'm betting it's released in the fourth quarter.
 
I would put more weight on Conflipper saying it's coming to Verizon, than I would put on the original leak stating it was going to Sprint.

I agree with the expecation of a 4th quarter launch, although with HTC's lineup on Verizon being very thin, I could also see late-September. I am surprised we haven't seen more leaks yet (for anything HTC). Just look at their release history on Verizon:

QWERTY
HTC Harrier - November 2004
HTC Apache - February 2006 (odd delays)
HTC Titan - December 2007
HTC Raphael - November 2008
HTC Rhodium - September 2009

Non-QWERTY
HTC Vogue - April 2008
HTC Diamond - April 2009
HTC Droid Incredible - April 2010

Seems like a pretty obvious pattern to me. Am I saying the Scorpion would be a QWERTY? Not necessarily, but I haven't seen any evidence to the contrary. I would also find it very hard to believe that HTC would have no QWERTY in the lineup with Verizon for the first time in 6 years.
