i forgot my pattern, but i entered the email @ password, but still it says wrong password, pl give me suggestion please, if i restore i will loose all my data

You can find a few different techniques for recovering from a lost lockscreen password/pattern lock/PIN/etc here:

However it sounds like you might have to restore. You might want to start using a backup service...this is only one of many ways in which your data can be lost. See my signature below this message for my backup service recommendations.
