htc sensation problem

i have an htc sensation it was working ok then got it out of my pocket and the screen was off but randomly came on then nothing but you can here that the phone comes on and the lights on the touch buttons come on. took it to a phone shop they thought the screen had gone they tried a new one same problem so not able to use it hellppp please

If you shut it down and restart it, do you see the splash screen before it goes black? Or you could try this test: shut it down, then boot it up while keeping the "volume down" key pressed. The screen should come on with the bootloader menu after a few seconds (white screen, little green androids at the bottom).

If you see anything on the screen with either of those tests then the hardware is OK and it's a software problem. In this case, please post again, either here or in the main forum, and we'll see what we can do. Tell us as much as you can about the phone in this case (e.g. what network, whether the phone was network branded or not).

If you don't even see the bootloader menu then I'm afraid it's hardware - either the shop didn't do the repair properly, or it's something else, like the connector or one of the chips on the motherboard.
