Help HTC sensation xe problem

i have some problems with my htc, i sent the device for hardware fix and the device was working. After the fix ive lost my software and i cant go to recovery or do anything, i can see the red led and i can launch the device but the screen is black and the device keeps restarting . what should i do?
ps : (i dont have in my country htc company or anything about htc department )

You mention recovery, but can you get to the bootloader? Turn the device off, turn it back on whilst holding volume down.

I'd be inclined to take it back to wherever you got it repaired though as they've obviously not done a very good job.

well my phone is dead now and i dont know if i can fix it using BOX
