Help HTC Sensation XL Library Problem

Hi, This is my first thread anywhere ever so appologies if its not up to scratch, any way I have a HTC Sensation XL and am having a small but annoying problem with the music library, basically in album view it is fragmenting some albums and showing the album twice in the list with some songs from the same album shown in each, I have tried to check that all the data associated with each song is the same so that the songs are all under the same album name etc but nothing is working and its driving me crazy. When I plug the phone into my PC and examine the files on it the songs are all in the folders that they should be so I'm out of ideas I'm affraid. P.S Anyone got any idea when ICS is coming to my phone, I e-mailed orange last week and they called back to say they have no dates yet despite HTC promising it by the end of March !!

Sorry for not replying sooner but had some problems logging into my account but ive sorted that now. Anyway in answer to the above I also have the n7 player as well and have the same problem. N7 has a tag editter which I have used successfully to change some of the tags so that all the songs show up as 1 album but here's the weird thing n7 and the standard player on the phone are having the same problem but with different songs for example 1 particular album fragments an album into 2 albums in the standard library but then if I use n7 the same album is still fragmented but the songs that have been seperated are now different. I think its obviously got something to do with the tags but what I have no idea.
