Help HTC Sensation XL will not start with new battery

hello my HTC Sensation XL is no longer staring-up

The day before the defect took place my phone was working just fine. Now the light of the battery charger lighting up.
I have tried to start with my spare battery (fully charged) and also tied performing a hard rest but nothing happened.

Is there a other way the apply the rest, all other tips are also welcome.

I thought I'd move your thread into your device forum as perhaps some other members with your device could have some advice.
So do I understand you correctly that your phone shows no sign of life with either battery and no charging light when plugged in?
Or is it bootlooping...meaning the splash screen comes up perhaps the bootanimation screen, then starts back over and over again?
Did you perform the hard reset via recovery?

yes, there is no sign of life. The battery plus spare is fully charged an there is no charging light when plugged in.
I have treed to preform hard reset, but the phone is not responding to anything.
