HTC senstation doesn't turn on

I didn't use my HTC sensation for a while because the home screen was broken.. now I got it replaced but it doesn't turn on.. I have tried charging and the orange led light comes up, but my phone is not turning on.. PLZ HELP!!!

Sounds like the "repair" you had done may not have fixed your problem or possibly caused new problems. If I were you I'd take it back to where you got it fixed to see if they can fix it or get your money back.
