HTC Sues Apple & Asks To keep Iphone out of the US...

It seems HTC decided to take on apple and they are suing the fruit company for patent infringement. the interesting thing is that as part of the Suit with the ITC, HTC has requested that apple be prevented from importing and selling the Ipod into the US (Ipods are afterall made in china). Funny part is, apple didn't come up with any of those. Apple's patents should get thrown out completely.
