HTC Sync 2.0.33 not synching with Outlook 2003

I just updated to Sync version 2.0.33 and now, in the manual sync settings, it only gives me the option to sync contacts with Outlook Express, it fails to pick up Outlook 2003. This is a wee bit of a pain...
The previous version (can't remember which number) worked fine, well, when it picked up my phone it would sync with Outlook 2003 at least.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix?

Can't tell if this is a froyo issue, but on my win 7 machine, if I run Outlook as "administrator" (which I normally do because of other issues) then HTC sync doesn't see it.
